HISTORY
The Main Building of Hotel Seiyoken opened in 1979. Four years later, the Banquet Building opened its doors.
In 1989, a new building was built, the Banquet Building was renovated, and Restaurant Gingko opened.
Then urban development took place, and a new train station opened along the JR Yokosuka Line in 2010. In 2014, the town where the hotel is located was chosen as the 5th most desirable town to live in, and its population grew.
In January, 2016, the new Main Building opened, and the hotel continues to welcome guests.
Hotel Seiyoken is certified as a Kawasaki SDGs Gold Partner.
Kawasaki SDGs Partner is a registration/certification system for the SDGs in Kawasaki City. It's a system in which the City of Kawasaki accepts registry of and certifies companies and organizations that make efforts to achieve the SDGs.
Companies and organizations that are "registered" to indicate their intention to (declare to) engage in achieving the SDGs are called Kawasaki SDGs Partners.
